“The State of Illinois and our federal congressional delegation are receiving numerous requests from U.S. citizens seeking additional support to return to the United States,” Gov. JB Pritzker wrote in the letter. The governor listed “immediate actions” he wants in place to help U.S. citizens, including a public commitment to use charter flights, military aircraft or both to assist Americans attempting to leave the region, and exploring using emergency contracts with charter companies or commercial airlines.
We take it for granted that everywhere we go is safe. If you think the Middle East is safe and stable, even before the US attack on Iran, you are sadly mistaken.

JB could pay for a few flights. And then focus on cutting funding to illegals and progressive groups. And while he’s at it, release voter rolls, Medicaid and SNAP recipient lists so IL can get federal funding. What is Pritzker hiding?
JB, the State Department is Already doing this, even the article mentions it. And who are these people he claims to be getting calls from? If anyone, they should be directed to the State Department hotline set up for this very situation.
But that won’t stop JB from trying to find a problem where None most likely Exists.
Isn’t Illinois Fun?

Perhaps Rubio can urge Pritzker to cut the many Pritzker tariffs on working families in IL, tighten up the SAFE-T Act, and address pension reform, seeing as these are what a state governor should be spending time on.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Get back in your lane Guv Pigchop!!
