Push to reopen Chicago schools becomes more contentious – FOX32 (Chicago)

"We cannot sit back and allow a generation to just falter because of made up reasons around why we can’t do reopening," district CEO Janice Jackson said at a news conference. "A year from now there is going to be a reckoning around what happened to those students that have been sitting at home, not being properly served."

If their parents are too obtuse to demand schools open, schools and resources be consolidated, bad teachers and administrators fired, and the CTU punted to the curb, THEY DESERVE WHAT THEY GET.

Not too worry, soon enough they will get their subsistence, UBI checks and will continue what can only be described as a “Chicago winter” existence. (grey, monotonous and depressing)

Winning.
