If this bill passes, say goodbye to local control over all Illinois parks and expect to see open drug and alcohol use, needles, no sanitation and fire hazards, but no ordinary park users.
They will soon be running out of Illinois. The good news is when you are broke you do not have to worry about moving anything to the new state. Illinois is one of the worst states to do business in. Big business get tax breaks paid for by small businesses. The system is designed to fail.
