Mailing pieces are going to people with out-of-state addresses.
I find this totally amazing that they can send this out at a time when everyone is supposedly working from home. Apparently they can hire a firm to do the mailings without even a thought as to the cost.
Apparently when Springfield looks at the money that already is owed to vendors and pensions they somehow think that this number is a surplus to play with!
They’re required by law!? I received a total of 4 letters! UGH! I got a vbm application with my voter card, then they sent me two reminder letters from the boe and by the time I received the one from the secretary of state’s office I started looking for voter protection hotlines. I seriously felt harassed. My 93 y/o father received one with his voter card and because he didn’t receive any more we started questioning what was going on with that… And what got me about all of these application letters; they tell you to register by the deadline… Read more »

It is like everything the DEMS do –so the entire state of Illinois–they want to mess everything up.
What people need to do is vote in person.
If Pritzker can protest shoulder to shoulder and Lightfoot has allowed looting in Chicago— and Pritzker refused to push off the Primary–you can vote in person–wear a mask.
