Funded by what? Illinois is already broke. Is this dolt suggesting we take from other piles of confiscated taxpayer funds to re-pile them into another slush fund?

And watch the number of children with cancer balloon as those with autism did in MN when more free money was made available for that. How about we let the Shriners and other such organizations handle this as they apparently do so well without dragging the state into it? It’s already well known that a disabled child is worth more welfare dollars, and that sort of thing is being practiced deceptively.

More spending from goodies from a Republican this time…and here people ask what do I mean when I post about “goodies.”
If this bill passes, say goodbye to local control over all Illinois parks and expect to see open drug and alcohol use, needles, no sanitation and fire hazards, but no ordinary park users.
