A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.

I’m just a regular guy doing my best to make a difference. I’ve got a file an inch thick full of articles printed out in Spanish I shared last year – everything from the SAFE-T act to Dylan Mulvaney. I’m not doing anything that anyone else couldn’t do. Just talk to them! There is one on every corner. It takes a little bit of time to convince them you’re not a cop or the law. Two girls were killed in Urbana by an illegal immigrant hit and run driver recently. In addition to being illegally in the Country the driver is being charged with DUI and we can assume has no drivers license, no insurance and no telling what other violations he has committed in addition to the hit and run offense.
