Don’t worry , everyone. She has it under control. Didn’t you see her press conference on Monday–“We have to do better”. That’s it. We don’t need the national guard? How about some large rewards for the murderers of children? Revamping the Homicide Division which has a horrible conviction rate and needs a total overhaul? I don’t think Afghanistan or Syria has this kind of weekly carnage as Chicago.
I was in downtown Kabul for about 2 months. Was way quieter than Chiraq. Biggest disturbance I witnessed was a car that jumped a guardrail right outside our gate.

“On May 31, 2020 at 5:24am, a 25-year-old man was shot multiple times near 1249 North Mason Avenue in Chicago.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
No arrests have been made.”
