If this bill passes, say goodbye to local control over all Illinois parks and expect to see open drug and alcohol use, needles, no sanitation and fire hazards, but no ordinary park users.
And there are some folks that run up water bills into the thousands before they are outed and gulled into paying them. If all the folks in all the communities paid their utilities, they would be much cheaper or a RICO hearing would be in order to find out why not. Your higher utility costs are the direct result of stupid “ green “ initiatives and folks that won’t pay their bills.
