Expect Colorado to roll on with income gains. This would be due to ‘the rich’ fleeing Twosome Newsome’s California. Overpaid techies have a fondness for Colorado and its lax drug laws. Georgia pinning its hopes on EV sales are in for a shock, as expensive electric glorified golf carts have had their popularity fall off like Chicago transit revenue when Coof funds run out. If you factor in taxes, it is even lower. Not going to change anytime soon. The unfunded pension obligations is like trying to swim with cement shoes on.
