Stellantis, auto workers dispute over Illinois factory could expand nationwide – Center Square

The United Auto Workers blames Stellantis’ decision to delay the reopening on “gross mismanagement,” while Stellantis claims it is industry-wide volatility and slowing EV adoption that’s causing plans to change.

Stellantis destroyed its brand by making ridiculously expensive and unusually trouble-prone vehicles. Which Stellantis knuckleheads thought that people capable of thinking and breathing at the same time would pay $120k for a Jeep? I bet there’s an MBA behind that initiative. Hey MBA-types, is this the ‘Creative Destruction’ your professors waxed eloquent about but would never have to live through, much less provide for their family during? Only woke ignorant liberals fell for this EV vehicle adoption, there’s only a small marker for EV vehicles and most people aren’t going to pay more either.
