“Informal Jobs” is the new PC term for “Black Market” because using the world “Black” in any negative context is now racist. I also love how selling bootleg DVDs and the dangerous illegal daycare are just glossed over as, you know, informal jobs. Illegal daycares should be illegal because bad bad stuff happens to children at them.
