A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
I’m not sure I totally understand the legal arguments for or against this but I DEFINITELY know it will cost Chicago a WHOLE LOT OF MONEY they don’t have to fight this. These “Tech companies” can pound Chicago in the courts regardless of the law.
The power to tax, is the power to destroy.
