There’s bad news and good news. The bad news is, Illinois children have been stripped of school choice. The good news is, it’s something we can take back if we fight for it.
It all starts with educating parents about just how badly Illinois public schools are failing their children. That 9 out of every 10 minority students statewide aren’t proficient in math. That in all, a staggering 1.2 million public school children can’t read at grade level.
Parents should also know that universal school choice is spreading rapidly across the country, especially in neighboring states like Iowa, Indiana and Ohio.
Those are facts Illinois’ education administrators and the teachers unions don’t want parents to know, which is why we need your help to get Wirepoints’ upcoming 2023 School District Report Cards into the hands of as many parents as possible. Will you contribute to our efforts?
A contribution of $25 reaches 125 people
A contribution of $100 reaches 500 people
A contribution of $200 reaches 1,000 people
Our 2022 report cards were a big hit with parents demanding answers from their local school boards. Our 2023 cards will be new, improved and include the outcomes of every public school in Illinois.
The end of the Invest in Kids Act does not mean the end for school choice in Illinois.
Wirepoints is committed to the simple idea that parents, regardless of race or means, should be able to provide the right choice for their children’s education.
Help Wirepoints take the message of school choice to the people. The facts are on our side and so is national momentum. And most importantly, we have the moral high ground.
Join us in making a difference.

A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
