When Ms. Lightfoot stood by and allowed lawlessness in the summer of ’20 she apparently had no idea she had released the Kraken. Everyone who voted for Kim Foxx wanted this to happen and knew it would happen. Destruction is the point. The devastated streetscape of Michigan Ave. is one step closer to the goal of dismantling the symbols of white supremacy and white supremacists system. A good percentage of the county looks at the rich folks on Michigan Ave. and says “let it burn”.
Debtsor is 100% correct. Everyone must understand this: “Destruction is the point”. What other reason exists for all the actions the left has imposed on the populace across the country? It may seem illogical to us, but to the perpetrators of this strategy it is totally logical. This is their agenda, this is what they want, this is why they proceed with their actions that terrorize good people. Yes, and as a famous internet pundit says:
“Equity means YOUR home equity.”
whats not to like? Pay $40 to park, then walk a mile or more, no shopping carts in the stores, then carry what you bought back to the car, the stuff you bought at %30 above what you could have gotten it elsewhere, but the sales taxes you paid on the stuff makes it worth it (sarcasm), and you get road salt splashed on you the whole time, great! And the best part you get that “I’m about to be mugged” feeling the whole time!
The Mug Mile is virtually dead. Thanks to the arrogance and incompetence of BD Lightweight. Congrats Lori, your legacy will be that you watched as Chicago went down like the Titanic.
But at least the muggings and car jackings are equitable
