Much of the routine trade and investment between China and America is entirely appropriate and in America’s interest. But inserting the Chinese Communist Party into America’s pay-to-play system and its economic development strategy isn’t just crossing a line. It’s a leap into an abyss of stupidity.

And Frank Manzo collabs all the time with Robert Bruno, who works for the UIUC’s School of Labor and Employer Relations, which is spear-heading the aforementioned Project for Middle Class Renewal. Keeping it all in the family.
Anyways, what’s the over/under for when 1IL picks this up. I think their marketing contract with the unions guarantee spin in 48 hours or less.
We as a country need to encourage families and child rearing. But forcing IL to offer this benefit on a state level, rather than on a federal level, is uncompetitive for IL. It also doesn’t help that IL is the abortion capital of the midwest.
