Well Boo Hoo Chicago is asking for another bailout. If history is any guide no doubt the numbers being presented to FEMA are padded with assorted overcharges in typical Illinois fashion and why couldn’t Illinois put a few dollars aside for situations like these? Oh well it’s no doubt that Pritzker et al will be off to court seeking a friendly judge that will order goodie money because after all isn’t it the whole taxpaying country’s obligation to pay for Illinois’ follies?
