Sounds like Jens is book smart and street stupid. States A total of just 10 gun stores account for fully one of five of Chicago’s crime guns. Let me take a guess, these stores are close to the south side and the west side. Sounds like Jens wants to close down some gun shops and thinks that’s a solution.
