Taxpayers shouldn’t be held cost-accountable for employing army of white-collar bureaucrats sitting at home in their pjs and sipping cocoa while scheming new federal policies and regulations to further complicate life for non-government real-life people. Dick, the U.S. Government Accountability Office has surveyed federal office buildings and determined that many are near vacant. THAT, not their closure, is inefficient.
Same thing can be said for Chicago public schools that are 10% full.
