Cities like Moline and Rock Island have expressed concerns over how the replacements will be paid for. "An estimated cost—you know, millions." Rock island Utilities Superintendent Jason Upton said. "And we are just one city in Illinois." Upton says Rock Island is trying to apply for funding, but so is every other municipality.

Tammy knows who funds the government right? She truly is an extraordinary idiot.

Chicago’s problem, add it to their budget woes. Bankruptcy for Chicago is the only sane answer to all their problems, starting with the CPS.

I find it funny when Duckworth states , Don’t worry you won’t be spending a penny of our own money. Its all our money!! Tax dollars
Second, Isn’t the prison system largely a third party operation. I wonder what Duckworths ties are to that lobbying segment

Duckworth, Durbin, Garcia and all the other progressive ops know that as soon as your money leaves your hands in the form of taxes, it’s their money to do whatever they please with it.
