Jurisprudence is yet another casualty in the Left’s war on President Trump.

Ratskin and Fang Fang’s paramour are simply doing the bidding of the fetid Swamp.

the Democrat party, the party that attacks the opposition candidates with lawfare, and tries to pull federal candidates off the state election ballots. 9-0 and they still won’t respect the SCOTUS ruling.

Judge Porter “took one for the team”. Probably thought Colorado judges did their constitutional law homework, so piggybacking on their ruling would be smart-move for political advancement here in Illinois.

But given her resume, not a surprise to anyone that Porter didn’t check herself.

Affirmative Action Judge Porter is just another glaring example of the incompetent justice (so called) system in Cook County. Appointed initially as a judge and ruling on traffic violations decides to defy the Constitution and make a glaring political move to ban President Trump from the ballot in the entire state. What a giant crock of crap that has now been shoved in her face and the democrats. Enjoy the stink.

Competency is not a consideration factor for Cook County judgeship.

And now for this liberal traffic court judge in Chicago, who violated all of our rights and who was wrong in her “ruling.” What happens to her? She is the threat to democracy, and all of her kind. She purposefully violated the rights of millions of US citizens in Illinois, and indeed throughout the USA. She should be removed off the bench, charges brought for violations of civil rights, and election interference, and put in jail. I am waiting ! Her and all the vermin like her should removed from any offices of power, see what they did in the… Read more »

SloJoe will probably put her on the short list if a US Supreme Court vacancy opens up. After all he only appoints the worst of the worst, the dumbest of the dumb.

What happens to her? She gets tapped to run for a US House of Representative post. Maybe Danny Davis’ spot once he announces retirement.

This was inevitable, but it is nice to see a unanimous vote. It will be fun to watch the progressive liberal heads explode across the country.

That means nothing to the Illinois Virtue Signaling vermin on the Bench. It’s all about media attention, free publicity and left wing accolades.Until heads roll for this sort of ‘lawfare” it won’t stop.

Mark Glennon on AM560’s Morning Answer: Chicago pension buyout plan mostly shifts debt rather than eliminating it, property tax surge doubles inflation over three decades

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension.
