A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
I think it’s time we stop being so damn foolish and talking about one test over another… We need to use ALL THE TEST – at the same time!
