If folks are coming in with resources in hand, be it deal making to create a business, or skill sets the country can benefit from like doctors, scientists, etc. that is a good thing. Current immigration incentives are to enroll in our wonderful social welfare systems, and not our opportunities to work hard and grow rich.
If this bill passes, say goodbye to local control over all Illinois parks and expect to see open drug and alcohol use, needles, no sanitation and fire hazards, but no ordinary park users.
