If this bill passes, say goodbye to local control over all Illinois parks and expect to see open drug and alcohol use, needles, no sanitation and fire hazards, but no ordinary park users.
Very informative study but not for the reasons they think. Why do so many people care where the bears play? Do you earn your living based upon game location? Are the bears paying you? If where the bears play is so important to you, you may want to re-think your priorities. Nonetheless, it’s those priorities and your thinking that make you perfect Chicagoans and Illinoisans. True useful idiots.
