City attorneys have tossed uprising-related charges for at least 50 defendants since the August looting outbreak, according to court records reviewed by CWBChicago.

The city is represented by the Corporation Counsel whose attorneys are 99% political hacks who finished in the bottom 1% of law school. Most of them would have difficulty prosecuting a parking ticket so going to court on the various rioting charges is waaaay out of their expertise. All hired by aldermen, county board members, judges and state politicians because they are sons, daughters, nieces, nephews, or relatives of donors to their campaigns.

Totally true. They are also social justice warriors, also many incompetent, unqualified minorities are hired by Loris totally incompetent corporation counsel mark Flessner. These minorities are all political hacks hired because of affirmative action. And most went to the phony clown college known as the John Marshall law known for accepting incompetent illiterate minorities.
