The charges come nearly a year after the Illinois Attorney General's office charged Bill Hintz with several counts of official misconduct, forgery for allegedly spending money on hotel rooms, car rentals and other expenses unrelated to official county business.
If this bill passes, say goodbye to local control over all Illinois parks and expect to see open drug and alcohol use, needles, no sanitation and fire hazards, but no ordinary park users.
Damn it’s bad enough the politicians are stealing from the living now the dead, great state of affairs in Illinois.
