The nuke plant shutdown, if it happens, will open up many job opportunities for lamp lighters and traffic signalers who would carry green and red lanterns control traffic. Plug in 3 electric vehicles for a recharge at night and brownouts/blackouts will take place for 6 square blocks. Calm, cloudy day? Get out your supply of candles.
