This case causes me to re-evalute the efficiency of lynch mobs.
Obviously, there was no meaningful “ overhaul “- it was only more hot air and promises never intended to be kept to placate the IL sheepies and keep them voting blue like most of what comes out of Springrad.
Too many offenders to keep track of and not enough police officers available to track offenders. And the offenders know it, so they violate over and over again, knowing they won’t get caught or punished.
