A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
I must be psychic. I foresee another Task force coming. We need a task force to monitor all the other task forces. That’s Illinois’ problem. Not enough Task Forces or should I say TAX forces.
