Main point: Local control is best. Not one size fits all universal control. Got it.
But Ted you sounded a little squishy.
Make it clear. There are no scientific or medical arguments for masks. Period.
They only serve as a placebo for the fearful. That is all.
Kids are not at risk from China virus. No more at risk than any other communicable disease which never required masking of healthy children.
Fear is the pandemic. Corrupt politicians are the pandemic.
