If this bill passes, say goodbye to local control over all Illinois parks and expect to see open drug and alcohol use, needles, no sanitation and fire hazards, but no ordinary park users.
It doesn’t matter what the Chitty of Chicago or Illinois does. Honest hard-working families are fleeing to Punta Gorda, FL. Cops allow criminals run free. Schools offer zero education so the students only graduate with criminal skills. Doom and gloom is not enough. It will get much worse. Give the Chitty and state the two finger salute when you leave.
