A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.

A very bad take in which the author urges courts be ignored. That’s the last step to chaos and anarchy. He is not wrong though about activist judges and whether some courts even have proper jurisdiction but the only way through that is a court battle, not ignoring the legal process. This author is suggesting a lawless approach to law enforcement. The Supreme Court is the ultimate arbiter of what is legal.

Activist judges and congress that doesn’t know or care about constitutional rights is why the compliance rate on registering “assault” rifles is < 3%. Same line of crap.

Wait, you won’t call an attack on congress by an angry mob an Insurrection, but jurisdictional squabbling between local jurisdictions and the federal government is an Insurrection?
How were people without weapons who were holding signs and then invited to walk through Congress supposed to overthrow the government?
Think this through, if possible.
Most J6 participants were mall walkers. The relative few who were looking for trouble deserved prosecution. Pretty simple, but for the hubris on both sides.
J6 was a setup by the Demoncrats to prevent a challenge to the certification of the election results. Nancy Pelosi (and many others) should be indicted.
