Said Ald. Scott Waguespack: “I don’t think they (the Johnson administration) tried hard enough. It’s very evident that when other cities are doing this, you’re capable of doing it in Chicago. I’m talking not just in Illinois, but around the United States. I know the mayor is out there saying it’s immoral to collect somebody’s debt from someone who parked at a fire hydrant or a developer who’s not paying their fines or fees. But those are things that we’ve been collecting for decades. Other cities do it, too.”

If you start collecting city debts like unpaid water bills, don’t you have to start with Mayor Pinhead and that scum that runs CTU? I wonder why he doesn’t want to collect city debts?

” I wonder why he doesn’t want to collect city debts?” Because it’s most likely that it’s Johnson’s “people” that owe them.
