Chicago federal appeals court upholds block on National Guard deployment – Chicago Sun-Times

A unanimous three-judge panel on the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals found no clear error in U.S. District Judge April Perry’s Oct. 9 ruling, and it found “the facts do not justify the president’s actions in Illinois” under the law Trump has cited for deployment.

Let’s take them on a bus trip to downtown on a Saturday night and let them out for some sightseeing. They may change their minds

Any law enforcement officer should sue these lefty judges if they are injured. DOJ needs to press criminal charges if any are hurt as a result.

Shopping for judges in Illinois is a thing but isn’t hard to score a W when it is leftist ideology you are seeking. If there is a place Rs need to make progress in the next elections, the seat of every judge should be a target. The problem is people with common sense don’t want to be in the swamp we call Illinois.
