It is rap associated. Geography is not a limitation. Could have happened in Glenview if they held the party there.

I can’t imagine how an event celebrating the release of such mellow, soothing music (?) could fall victim to a drive-by. Shocked, simply shocked.

If NASCAR visitors/VIPs were actually in River North last night, expect this to be the last NASCAR event in Chicago.
Given the erosion of the City’s culture and standards under the current crop of politicians, a proper Chicago-themed nascar event might include arming the drivers and encouraging some drive-by action. Also, hand out free tickets. Then it would fit right in.
