A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.

It is much easier to move out of state than try to change pensions.
Public pensions as they are now are not sustainable, let alone funded. Time for pension reform.
