CTA…You can recategorize crime any way you want to make the numbers look better and then tell everyone that “all is well”…but most people aren’t stupid. They see with their own eyes and even though all of the major local media suppresses and dilutes the news to get their brain-washed message across…crime, filth, bums and danger is not something anyone wants to consciously choose.
