Dearest MLB players who are genius at playing a kids game: you shouldn’t conflate your admirable skill at hitting (or throwing) an object hurtling at you, in space, with the capacity to understand these very complex issues that plague our society. If we want your opinions, provide them from the comfort of your own homes via the internet – since you would rather signal your virtue during said kids game, I will ignore your entire existence. Go back to sunflower seeds and chewing tobacco.
I’m tuning out ‘woke’ pro sports. Sports is supposed to be about entertainment and being a fan, not pushing political views.
