A Venezuelan migrant with two outstanding arrest warrants for failing to appear in court for two pending felony cases in the Chicago area has surfaced in Ohio. And by “surfaced,” we mean he’s been sent to prison in Ohio for shoplifting merchandise worth more than $10,000 from a Kohl’s in suburban Toledo. The suspect has failed to appear in two other local cases that are now closed, because prosecutors dropped the cases: an August 2023 misdemeanor battery case that he failed to appear for twice and a September 2024 retail theft in River Forest.

Why not send him home and not pay to house him in jail.
He was gonna keep doing what he was doing until he couldn’t. Ohio did Chicago a favor. Conversely, Bidet done both states wrong.
Why would he appear for any warrants anywhere? He has already shown his utter disdain for this nations laws by coming illegally into the country. Why would he stop now?
