Why is the governor still talking about this plan? Another bloated way to say you are going to help the people that need it, only for those same people to be left behind. Seems like the goal is to get a revenue stream for his builder buddies.
Illinois desperately needs a law on term limits, and the governor needs to go before he creates more irreparable damage.
