Johnson makes union labor a Chicago priority – Illinois Policy

Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson has introduced a new position within his administration: deputy mayor for labor relations. The job description doesn’t mention fiscal responsibility, taxpayer representation or pursing compromise between unions and management.
