Mayor Cliff Notes strikes again. With Chicago businesses teetering on the fiscal cliff of insolvency, the guy who never held a job of responsibility in his life decided to push them further over the abyss. To a complete ignoramus like Cliff Notes, basic economics is hieroglyphics. The idea of a business reducing all employee minimum wages to zero by closing up shop isn’t even something he considered a possibility. If this bill passes, say goodbye to local control over all Illinois parks and expect to see open drug and alcohol use, needles, no sanitation and fire hazards, but no ordinary park users.
