More Than 700 CPS Employees Disciplined for Misconduct Over 1 Year, 10 Faced Allegations of Sexual Abuse – WTTW (Chicago)

The disciplinary system is intended to improve the educational experience and allows the district to suggest corrective action in many cases. CPS highlighted the rarity of these cases for staff, saying only 2 percent of its approximately 40,000 employees go through a disciplinary process.

Disciplinary Process. Come on…they should be just fired. Period. It is bad enough that CPS coddles the students and staff at every turn…but when they are caught in misconduct…they should just be fired. Again, the tax payer gets screwed and miss management continues.
