Rich Miller: Voter analysis from election – Illinois Times

The trend in special elections around the country for the past several months has shown spiking Democratic voter turnout and tanking Republican turnout. And some preliminary primary election results from earlier this month show the same trend here.

Of course it’s lower. Conservative media does nothing but complain after defeat and liberal organizations have representatives on high traffic street corners collecting emails / phone numbers and registering people to vote. There is a liberal team at 1500-1600 N Milwaukee Ave Chicago almost every day. I’m sure ther are teams all over the city. Sometimes it’s Planned Parenthood, sometimes Amnesty International, Greenpeace, No Kings, No ICE, etc.

Conservatives have day jobs. and it’s not like there’s no Republican billionaire network of dark money to pay the salaries of conservatives who could do these types of canvassing. And on top of that, a significant percentage of the dark money comes (came) from various grifts like US Aid, NGOs and so on. It’s against conservative values to siphon off trillions of taxpayers dollars to fund conservative grifts. We’re always going to be at a disadvantage.
