Spate of Chicago expressway shootings prompts Illinois State Police call for more cameras, license plate readers – FOX News

The data shows that 29 of those 62 Chicago-area expressway shootings occurred during the states’ Stay at Home Order, which was announced on April 23 and continued through the end of May. During that time, an Illinois State Police spokesperson explained, traffic was “sparse,” making it easier for suspects to get away.

The Dan Ryan Expressway runs straight thru the ghetto. Busy highway named for a white guy, tsk, tsk, tsk. I propose that in be renamed to the “Afro 500” because it’s like a auto race on steroids. Shootings and gun battles add a little flair to your motoring experience.
