The good Chicago Democrats pushed hard for immigration as long as someone else was paying the bills. Like all socialism experiments they are fine when using someone else’s money but now Chicago/Illinois has to put its money where its mouth is…more tax hikes and fee raises on the way is what it all amounts to.
$300M for 12K jumpers = $25,000 each. How many are in police stations/O’Hare/tents/etc. That is $500 each per week for 50 weeks if they were here for a year so it is much more than $500 per week considering many were not here for a year. There are plenty of people who would like to make $500/wk tax free. Where is the money going? People in police stations are not getting that much or do they need it.
