Past administrations failed to secure the border and Biden mindfully opened the barn doors and finagled the definition of “asylum”, thus we get 10 or more million illegals in his miserable 4 years. Virtue signaling is so annoying.
IL should support IL US citizens first. Stop taxing people to support illegals. Stop interfering with deportations of illegal criminals.
This is a concerted effort by enemies of our country to disrupt the American way of life.
It comprises paid “demonstrators” and unpaid useful idiots who show up because they are lemmings.
If you participate you are risking your freedom and could be killed, injured or jailed.

Last part brings up a good point. Considering the value of a well educated populace to make the state attractive to businesses, why don’t the kids of Matteson deserve the same opportunity for a quality education as the kids of Park Ridge? School choice would make that a reality.
That is by design, so that Dem party leaders will always be able to send their spawn to excellent schools in the wealthy areas that they live in, far away from the people they fear. Think of Kim Foxx living in peaceful and quiet Flossmoor instead of the South Side of Chicago. Here in NC the schools are funded mostly by the state, and not by local counties and school districts.
